  Aches and Pains

Arnica Montana for Bruises and Trauma –
  1. For all trauma (bumps, bruises, muscle soreness): 5 pellets every half hour  for 2 hours, then 5 pellets 3 times a day.
  2. For Strenuous Activities: 5 pellets 3 times a day, 1 day before and 2 days  after activity
  3. For pre and post-surgery: 5 pellets 3 times a day, 2 days before and 8 days after surgery
  4. If there is pain due to Bruise or trauma or cramps due to fatigue take Arnica Montana 6c four times a day for up to 14 days. You can also use   Arnica Ointment or Arnica Gel.


  • Rhus Toxicodendron  for morning stiffness and pains caused by inactivity or cold wet weather It is also effective in restless legs.  Dose- Take 6c four times   a day for up to 14 days
  • Bryonia for severe pain on Movement caused by overuse or injury. Dose- Take 6c four times a day for up to 14 days.
  • Pulsatilla for pains moving from place to place caused due to hormonal changes
  • Ruta Graveolens for painful Tendons due to bruise or soar . Doses Take 6c four times a day for up to 14 days.
  • Cuprum Metallicum for cramps in the feet or legs caused due to loss of sodium. Doses- Take 6c four times a day for up to 14 days.
  • Bryonia Alba for Rheumatic arthritis
  • Calcerea Flurica for Back pain
  • Calendula Gel , lotions , ointments for pain due to cut scrapes or burns.
  • Magnesia Phos. For menstrual Cramps
  • Vipera Berus for Stiff legs
  •  Symphytum off. For Fracture pain
