Arnica Montana for Bruises and Trauma –
  1. For all trauma (bumps, bruises, muscle soreness): 5 pellets every half hour  for 2 hours, then 5 pellets 3 times a day.
  2. For Strenuous Activities: 5 pellets 3 times a day, 1 day before and 2 days  after activity
  3. For pre and post-surgery: 5 pellets 3 times a day, 2 days before and 8 days after surgery
  4. If there is pain due to Bruise or trauma or cramps due to fatigue take Arnica Montana 6c four times a day for up to 14 days. You can also use   Arnica Ointment or Arnica Gel.


  • Rhus Toxicodendron  for morning stiffness and pains caused by inactivity or cold wet weather It is also effective in restless legs.  Dose- Take 6c four times   a day for up to 14 days
  • Bryonia for severe pain on Movement caused by overuse or injury. Dose- Take 6c four times a day for up to 14 days.
  • Pulsatilla for pains moving from place to place caused due to hormonal changes
  • Ruta Graveolens for painful Tendons due to bruise or soar . Doses Take 6c four times a day for up to 14 days.
  • Cuprum Metallicum for cramps in the feet or legs caused due to loss of sodium. Doses- Take 6c four times a day for up to 14 days.
  • Bryonia Alba for Rheumatic arthritis

  • Take 20 ml. of Arnica Mother Tinture and 80 Ml of Raw castor oil (un-refined). Stir and mix till totally dissolved into one homogenous mix.  
  • Acid Phos-200, liquid 2 drops on your clean scraped tongue, first thing every morning for about 30 doses/ days and stop. Results start showing after about 50  odd days from the first dose. 
  • Vit E is taken daily with Fish liver oil  
  • If scalp is itchy, begin with one dose of Mezereum 30X every day.
  • Graphites 30 is your remedy for dandruff. Dose 3 balls twice daily       
  • Use Johnson's Baby Shampoo as it is very gentle on the hair.
For Premature greying of Hairs - 
  • Take Phosphoric Acid 200c, 2 pills, in the morning, once in a weeks (not daily)Continue this for 2 months. Take Flouric Acid 6c, liquid dilution, 3 drops in 15 ml of water, once in the morning for 3 weeks every day. 
  • Use Almond oil for general use        
  • PILOCARPUS MICROPHYLLUS 200c, 2 pills taking daily in the morning, for 1 week. Stop for a week and repeat again will help to stop greying. Continue for a month or two. In addition, take Phosphoric Acid 200c, once a week.Continue this again for one month or two, along with the above medicine.  
  • Vitamin B5 Capsules
  • Eat raw Amla or Amla Products a lot.
